At A. B. Korelin, it is our job to get your compzany registered and trading in the United States. We are not a public relations (PR) or investor relations (IR) company. Nor are we brokers, market makers or investment bankers. However, at the request of our clients, we do offer development services to assist our registration clients in introducing their stock to U.S. market professionals. Through our extensive contacts, we can bring together and introduce our clients to market makers, brokers and analysts and help them launch their stock into the US securities markets. If we do our job correctly, your company will then be positioned so PR and IR can be more effective and reach investors, brokers and investment bankers and get your stock firmly established in the US marketplace.
Our work involves two stages. The first is the
registration process, where we assist in writing and filing the necessary documents with the SEC to fulfill the initial registration requirements and make your company "fully-reporting"
The second stage involves on-going compliance to make sure your stock remains in compliance with U.S. regulations. SEC and individual U.S. State rules and regulations are constantly changing, so we often
assist our clients in maintaining their filings to make sure they fulfill all ongoing requirements and their stock can continue trading in the U.S. public markets.
