Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

The Korelin Economics Report

Q: How important is a U.S. registration to a public company?

A: Very important, and becoming more important all the time. The U.S. is the world's largest securities market, and recent changes to U.S. regulations have made it imperative that a company needs to register in the U.S. to tap into the booming market.

Q: Are you a Public Relations (PR) Firm?

A: Not really. Our primary job is to work with company management and U.S. regulators and not public investors. However, we will assist our newly registered clients by introducing them to market professionals in the US so that they can establish a trading market for their shares and they can hit the ground running. If you are making your stock available in the U.S., it certainly helps to alert those professionals who are now able to trade your stock.

Q: What if my company is traded on another Exchange in my home country. How will a U.S. registration affect that listing?

A: Not at all. A U.S. registration is completely separate from any foreign listing you may have and your shares can continue to trade in your home country without any changes whatsoever.

Q: How much experience does A. B. Korelin have?

A: Since 1982, A. B. Korelin has established itself as Number One in the registration business. We have hundreds of satisfied customers.

Q: Where are your clients located?

A: All over the globe. Because our business is somewhat "virtual" we can service clients wherever they may be. This includes anywhere in the U.S and Canada, as well as Europe, South America and the Pacific.

Q: How much does a registration cost?

A: Probably less than you think. It varies by type of registration and the complexity. However, due to our experience and knowledge, we charge significantly less for our services than other, less experienced consultants. Considering the relatively low cost of registration and ongoing compliance compared to the numerous benefits it offers, it is almost foolish to not be registered in the U.S.

Q: Once we have a U.S. registration, what do we have to do to maintain it?

A: The requirements are very straightforward and fairly easy, particularly if your shares are already trading on a foreign exchange. We are able to provide ongoing compliance services, including preparation of necessary SEC filings and documents.

Q: How do I get more information?
